If your donation transaction is successful, you will receive the automated acknowledgement through email.
No refund shall be given once the donation transaction is completed;

Donation passes are sold subject to CGRF right to make any alterations to the programme. Any change shall not constitute a substantial alteration and will not lead to tickets being refunded.
